This visualization depicts which roles provide better work life balance. We thought this will be useful for users to simplify their job search and look for roles that provide better work life balance if its their topmost priority.

This visualization is interesting as many job seekers or people with multiple offers from big tech companies often get confused as to which offer to go ahead with it.

Comparisons are done across top companies like Meta, Google, Oracle, Cisco, VMware, Oracle, Microsoft, Apple etc.  These comparisons are done across several parameters like compensations, diversity, leadership, work life balance and career growth opportunities. We created these visualizations keeping in mind different demands of job seekers. We analyzed these demands talking to job seekers and fellow classmates in graduate school.

We conducted sentiment analysis of glassdoor reviews to conduct some more fascinating visualizations. In the first visualization - we analyzed if people are documenting their reviews more each passing year. We saw an increasing trend except for 2018. We also tried to view the distribution of negative, positive and neutral reviews.

In the above visualizations - we tried to find out which companies have the highest number of reviews which explains which companies have proactive employees who provide their feedback on glassdoor.
