This case study and proposed solution was developed during a brainstorming
session with PMs in Microsoft on how to promote diversity and inclusion through Microsoft products.
To succeed, every employee needs work/life support at some point, and the data suggests that women and people of color need it the most. But sometimes they are the least likely to actually get it. We decided to address this pain point through our proposed solution. When it comes to achieving an optimal work-life balance, technology can both help and hinder your efforts. Through this case study we are trying to use Microsoft Teams to help schedule work timings in an efficient manner.
Even for users with pre-existing and work induced mental disabilities, our product Boundaries for Teams destigmatizes and normalizes setting limits with colleagues, enabling all users to achieve a better work-life balance, reducing employee turnover, and elevating productivity.
